Clanlore is a few people gathering together to build something.

That something is an appliance to help them capture, store, catalogue and make use of their family stories through the artefacts and ephemera that have built up over the years.

It will need to be secure, easy to use, resilient and have a little bit of smarts to make the most of everything that gets put into it.

At its heart is an open-source framework of interoperative processes housed in a cluster of small computers.
